Below you will find all of the HANDOUTS for registration. They will be given out at Registration along with your raffle tickets.

If you would like to try Online Registration, click below. Fill out the form and email it to bat4essex@aol.com. If it does not work for you (you should use Adobe Reader to open the file), email me and I will send it to you as a WORD file that you can fill in and email back. I believe most people have Adobe Reader on their computers.

Depending on your version of Adobe Reader, you will either click on the "email" at the top. Please put your child's name in the RE line and email it to us at bat4essex@aol.com.

For others, you have to follow the following instructions:

After you fill out the form by using the tab key to go from one blank to another, you will see the SUBMIT form button at the top.

Click on it.
Put in bat4essex@aol.com where it says email
Put your name
Click send
Chose "internet email"
click OK
Chose the folder on your computer where you want to save the document. Save as: Put child's name
Click Save
Then in your email account, click on compose mail
to bat4essex@aol.com,, put your child's name in the re line
and ATTACH the folder you just saved
then send.


Don't forget to also click on the Parent Code of Conduct, read it CAREFULLY, sign your name and email that also to our email account. This is very important to us.

You will receive an email response giving you a date and time to pick up your raffle tickets, and to pay your fees. In your email to us, you can let me know what is a good date and time for you. If you do not receive a response, then send me an email to confirm that I got your Registration Form/Parent Code of Conduct. You can always print your Registration Form/Parent Code of Conduct after completing it, and you can fax it to me at 410-687-7811.

    REGISTRATION COSTS

    $80 - one child plus $40 in raffle tickets (final cost $40)
    $155 - two children plus $80 in raffle tickets (final cost $75 for 2 children)
    $235 - three children plus $120 in raffle tickets (final cost $105 for 3 children)
    $290 - four children plus $160 in raffle tickets (final cost $130 for 4 children)
    $355 - five children plus $200 in raffle tickets (final cost $155 for 5 children)
